I know that ...you got the shoes a week after you could no longer return them! I think it should be from when you get the product not when it was bought!.
something just does not add up...
I refuse to by Chanel because problems I have had with them I don't own Fendi I have not seen any thin I want there. I do have DB and others and I have never had a problem with returns. If in new condition and have receipt and has not been to long...
