| Help Stop Puppy Mills I am so excited!!! I received my box of "Stop Puppy Mills" literature yesterday from the Humane Society of the United States. For just $50 I got 100 bookmarks of each of the following: "Help make a Happy Ending" and "Find Out the True Cost of that Puppy"; 50 flyers of each of the following styles: "How to buy a Puppy", "How to find a Good Dog Breeder", "Getting a Puppy?" and "Puppy Mill Cruelty"; 50 "Stop Puppy Mills" bumper stickers; 10 or each of these newsletters: "Canine Chronicle - No Place for Puppies" and "Puppy Buyers Guide - Finding the Dog of Your Dream". I plan on distributing them to vet clinics around town, to place on their counters to give out free of charge. I already gave some of each to my groomer, Suzy, who owns the only pet boutique in town, Wiggles N Wags, she is going to be handing them out to her customers. And I'm placing another order and when that one comes in Michele (MyFairLacy), Gayla (Layla's Mom), a couple of my sisters, a few nieces and I will be standing in front of the only pet store here, which happens to be in the mall, and handing them out to people as they walk by. I can't wait. Please help the cause, $50 is not that much to go to such a worthy cause, and I know that most of us probably spent that much on our GE boxes, so come on, place an order today and Help Stop Puppy Mills!!! I've attached the order form below, it is in pdf format so you will need Acrobat Reader to download. http://stoppuppymills.org/pdfs/SPM-Print-Order-Form.pdf Thanks!! Cynthia |

| Great information. I didn't realize HS had done this...way to go and I am sure your efforts will help save some dogs and people from having their hearts broken.

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | Good for you !! It can't be said or displayed enough - I've been adding a free sheet of custom labels with every order of labels I make that says - BE THE VOICE FOR DOGS - SAY NO TO PUPPY MILLS AND PET STORES I put them on all my own mail .....I've had people in the post office and work notice and ask about Puppy Mills when they see my label on the envelopes - I think I need a bumper sticker too now that I read your post - Are you going to sell any of them ??? |

| Can't wait til we can distribute the flyers around The Puppy Store (or The Puppy Mill as I like to call it ) I've been wanting to do that for a while but didn't know who else would do it. So let's get it together. I would love to see all Petstores put out of business & hopefully one day all puppymills

When I bought all the stuff I have, my husband asked me if I was going to sell it, I told him no, I was going to give it away. He said you know they didn't sell it to you at cost, I told him of course they didn't but to me it's like making a donation, but at least I'm getting something for my $50 that I can turn around and spread the word instead of just donating $50 and being "done with it". And just maybe someone else might buy some campaign gear and spread the word too or make a donation. I'll be happy either way, if I can get just one person to do something for this cause, or keep one person from buying a puppy mill puppy, that's one more person that wouldn't have happened if I hadn't done anything. | |
