haha...it looks like a fabric and ribbon bomb went off at your house! There is fabric, dresses, and vests EVERYWHERE...and then ribbons and bows everywhere too. I told Cynthia she was running out of free surfaces. Her husband is probably ready to have his house back too

Well, the hotel ballroom is booked until 5:00 Friday, and they'll have all their A/V equipment to clean up after that, so it's not going to work for us to hang out there if it rains. My mom is going to the park this Saturday to see exactly what is available in the way of shelter houses and such, and then I'll let you know. We may just have to plan to hangout in our rooms if it rains, like others suggested. My mom did say that it's been raining most every night, but that it's been completely dry (and HOT) during the day, so hopefully it won't be a problem.

Also, for those of you who asked about making sure the food and drink you buy in the hotel restaurant is "credited" to our group to help us meet the minimum, I asked the hotel about this, and they said, "There wouldn't be a really easy way for us to track the food spent in the restaurant by your group, but thats a very nice offer. Im sure they will make close to the difference with restaurant food and bar beverage." So...no worries about telling the restaurant that it's for our group since they aren't holding us to our minimums anymore, but I'm sure they'll appreciate any additional money you spend with them!! Thanks!

haha...I know I told my hubby that things would get some what back to normal after KC. You, Gayla and my sisters have been great helping me. I'm gonna miss all our late girl's nights, making bows and dresses.

Now I'm even MORE excited! My grand-daughter just came downstairs and brought me my YT Meet-Up t-shirt that just arrived!!! She even had the package opened up for me already. LOL
I'm not sure which color I voted on, but oh, it is so pretty in pink. Can hardly wait to wear it!. Love it!
Anybody else get theirs yet?

I have been thinking of you guys up there ALl weekend!

And guess what- BF just got a call to go to Wichita to work Monday- if we would of know earlier- could of gone to KC- then on to Wichita- I am really, really, really disapointed now!
I wanted to go soooooo bad!
just makes me sick!!
