Goodness, I put mine in US as I'm sure others did; but I didn't think about those of you outside the States - we do need to make this clear. Are you thinking of converting all the recipes one way or the other.

Well, I guess I would say have US with a conversion chart for the metric -- but you & others outside the states might say the opposite!! Can you tell by whose posted on how many they would buy, I would say if more people in the US are buying cookbooks, then outside, then I would go with US and a conversion chart

The book is going to be in US measures but as I'm doing the personal pages and taking suggestions on what to include I noticed a few people asking for a conversation chart... I just didn't know which way round to put it... metric to us or us to metric...

I would say probably US to metric conversions, so that if I recipe called for say, 1 1/2 cups of an ingredient, it would be easy to look up the 1 cup, and then have the conversion right next to it.

That's my thought-if the YT cookbook was going to be in metric measures, I would want it metric to US...so since it's going to be US measures, I would think US to metric would be easiest. I think I may have just confused myself...does that make sense?

Alright..we are trying to get this cookbook completed. Im gonna pick up on the personal pages and hopefully we can get this done VERY soon! I just wanted to see if anyone had any more ideas for the personal pages! Just let me know!!

Probably alot of work though to do research on those that did.

Do we have any stay at home moms that would be willing to buddy up with Reeses and help her so we can get this all done. I really would love to have it done by the KC meet up so we can have them for sale.

Maybe start a thread for those who wish to say something about their own little ones that have crossed. Something like names, dates and a few personal words - put a limit on the number so more names could be submitted.
Just a thought. Many of our members joined YT because of the loss of a little one, and I would think the majority of the members have dealt with the pain of losing a precious furbaby, so I think it's appropriate that they be acknowledged so their memories will be remembered by everyone who has a cookbook. It's also a way to bring the members closer together.
