Well, I guess I would say have US with a conversion chart for the metric -- but you & others outside the states might say the opposite!! Can you tell by whose posted on how many they would buy, I would say if more people in the US are buying cookbooks, then outside, then I would go with US and a conversion chart |

The book is going to be in US measures but as I'm doing the personal pages and taking suggestions on what to include I noticed a few people asking for a conversation chart... I just didn't know which way round to put it... metric to us or us to metric...
