Oh wow, brings tears to my eyes..I am so glad you're getting Rusty..I know Megan is in pain right now, having to let her babies go, but I'm sure you will continue to let her know how he's doing...bless her heart...Take good care of that guy and you're one special person to help Megan out, to where she won't have to worry....

Megan.....I just wanted you to know that I am really praying for you!!! I cannot imagine how hard all this is for you!!! I know you have been so worried about Rusty but if he cannot stay with you there could not be a more PERFECT family than Mike's for him to go to. This is an amazing story that shows that there are really wonderful loving people in this world!!! I cannot wait to see the video's that Mike will post of Rusty's arrival!!!! (you know we all love Mike's videos!!!!) This one will be extra special!!!

Megan, I'm SOOOOO sorry you have had to go through this. I don't think I ever do it but completely understand why you have to. And I think you are being incredibly mature about the whole thing. I know that when I was your age, there's no way I would have handled this as well as you are (heck...I don't think I'd handle it as well as you are at the age I am NOW!!). I know it's still tough on you but you seem to be facing this challenge with much grace and maturity. Your parents should be proud of you.

And Mike...congratulations!! I think it's awesome that you're giving Rusty a good home! I know the boys are loving him already & it's great that he's already used to Yorkies so it's an easier transition for everyone.

I'm really not handling it as well as it may seem haha. I mean, I guess I kind of am. But its easy to act OK on a message board. In truth, I cry about it almost every night (like right now. oh boy haha). and I can barely look at their pictures without getting upset. So I thank you all SO much for saying that and supporting us, but I would say I'm just doing what we had to do.

It definetly is easier though. Before, I was on the verge of tears at every moment. Now, I'm doing a lot better. Its really ok. But I haven't played with or petted a dog in over 3 weeks. I don't know any dogs here to pet. *sigh* It's mighty lonely.

ANYWAY! Sorry for my little pity party lol.

I can imagine how sad you must be. On the upside you have your whole life ahead of you to have all the pets you want!!!

You bet, Patti! I say the first thing I'm gonna do when I move to NYC is go to the pound and get myself some scragly looking mutt sleeping in the corner of his cage. They make the best friends.

Then I'll go to a breeder on YT and buy a yorkie.

Just a few more years lol.
