| YT 1000 Club Member  |  Suffering Puppy Damages....???  I am glad one pet owner is exercising her rights but this poor baby will have to spend the rest of his life under medical care due to birth defects. | This is a huge step for animal ethics. If a court considers this puppy as anything beyond personal property then it will set a major precedent. Sadly, we live in a world where every other living being besides human have no rights beyond basic welfare. |
