| Are your furbabies like your own children to you? I dont have kids(I might have them someday though) and I know I treat my dogs as though they were my own children. I love them more than anything and I love to spoil them. I dress them up, bath them, constantly play with them, take them places, and kiss them always. They even sleep with me(well, not my boxer, she sleeps on her own bed ). How many of you out there treat your dogs like they were your own kids? Some of my baby loving friends think I am crazy. Even my parents think I am nuts. I have always loved animals though. I dont think my dog's status will change any when I do have actual human babies

| My parents call themselves 'grandma' and 'grandpa' to our dogs. We are the worst. We are those people who would go without eating so our dogs can have the best food and treats. They get something every time we go somewhere. They even have their own section of the fridge. I have pictures of them everywhere in the house (framed). We plan our schedules around them. People say we are pathetic.

| me too...I'm 36, no kids, don't think I'm going to have any. I don't think I have a biological clock either or it's on major snooze...I've had Romeo for 6 weeks now and my motherly instincts have really come out...we are mommy and daddy and my mother in law thinks she's his grandmother! I take him everywhere I possibly can...I love to show in off, I can't believe I don't have any apparel for him yet!!!

| Absolutely!!!! I have semi-retired to stay home with Toto ... I can be persuaded to work a little if I can do it at home!! My broker has begun phone conversations with "I hate to bother you, but ... ". Our lives totally revolve around her!!

| Sully IS my son! I am 23 and many of my friends have children...human children, that is...and for the 1st time, I feel like in many ways, I can relate to them....because I feel like a parent to Sully! I know, it's silly, but we all feel this way, don't we? Sully is my baby boy and I love taking care of him, teaching him, watching him learn and grow....and also spoiling him and playing with him, making sure he's happy and healthy!

| Absolutely! I can't have human children so I have my two babies! Everyone was so surprised at me since I had always been super spontaneous and care-free (not to mention not really the mother type, I was too independent and selfish) then when I got Simon I actually made the comment to one of my friends, "I can't go, I am a single mom and I have responsibilities!" That was when I knew they were my children! My parents also refer to themselves as grandparents and my mom always comments on what a wonderful mother I have become! I wouldn't have it any other way unless I got another yorkiebaby |

| Gucci is indeed our child. Even my husband considers her part of the family. SO we have 2 human children and 1 yorkiebaby. My son even says that Gucci is his sister. |

| My husband and I are retired, so Maggie is our Grandpuppy. As some of you know, grans and gramps have a tendency to really spoil their grandchildren. So, you can see we have one spoiled Grandpuppy.
