| Lets see.........If my pets are not with me I am wondering about them, worry, are they ok, I have gone home early from being out with friends because I want to be with them. I spend my free cash not on myself but on my pets. When I am in a mall I am always on the look out for something new for them. If they have a hint of not being well I rush them to the vet and worry about the money for the bill later. I talk about them constantly. I spend my free time with them. They comfort me, I comfort them. I play with them and take them out. There are days when only my pets can make me smile. Yep, they are like my kids.

| Everyone always says, how are the kids doing? (Oreo, Ginger & Cloey that is).. And My boyfriend and I treat them like they are our own children. I'm not ready to have real kids right now, so i'm practicing my motherly skills with my furbabes lol ![]() my parents call themselves "grandma & grandpa" it's actually pretty cute lol.. |

| All I can say is my human children are probably lucky I didn't figure out this Yorkie thing until a few months ago because I think I could have been prefectly content with my fur baby Teddy. My oldest son says that if he dies before I do he can only hope that he comes back as my yorkie puppy! So, you bet I treat my pup like he is one of the kids...

| My husband and I are both retired. Our children are grown and have families of their own. The only grandchildren we have live 1000 miles away. So, our three dogs are our children. Our friends and family don't understand why we spend so much time with our furkids, when we could be traveling in our retirement years. Two of our kids are bigger dogs. So, traveling with them is not an option. We stay at home and make sure they have a comfortable life, and in return they give us unconditional love.
