| Well I guess when you're used to a room of screaming kids, one nosey dog isn't anything to flinch about. We LOVE our Cockateil, Aussie, but can't let her out w/ Trixie in the room. Trixie would snatch that bird up in a heartbeat if given the chance. |

| I could not see the video but can imagine what he is like!!As I have a cokateil named Oscar who Alfie hates!!! If anything goes wrong for alfie .poor Oscar gets the blame!!! Alfie is always trying to get at him! Oscar is 12 years old and quite likes the dogs,Lottie never bothers with him but Alfie is another matter!! Good luck with your new pal!

| Aw, that's so cute. Poor Sully just wanted his new friend to come out and play! I used to have two cockatiels, a male and a female. I'm guessing by the name Brady that you know this is a male bird. In that case, I should warn you that you may find your bird occasionally (or in my bird's case, OFTEN) rubbing himself on his bar and making funny noises...when my bird did this I thought he was sick and took him to an avian vet. The vet just chuckled and told me "no ma'am, he's just...pleasuring himself" I had no idea birds did that!! But apparently they do, so don't be alarmed if it happens to you! LOL |

Donating YT 11K Club Member | I read somewhere not to give cockatiels salt or avocado. I give them whole wheat bread and lots of vegetables though and they LOVE that. If you want them to talk, leave a tape playing in the house while you're gone and keep repeating the words. I think only males talk though. |
