| How do I tape ears to stand up??? I am a new yorkie owner of a sweet lil boy named, Rascal. As you can see from my picture his ears flop down and I want to help them to stand up, if I can. Can someone please help.. thanks so much BTW, my name is Kristen... My mom (JoyRenee) post on here she said just to post on here and ask |

| Welcome to YT!!! You sure do have a cute little Rascal!!!!!! I think the ears need to be shaved!! I bought my second yorkie about 4 weeks ago and I had the same problem. I was to afraid to do it myself so I had the groomer do it. Thet went up by the second day!! Now I just work at keeping them shaved with a trimmer!! Good luck to you!! |

| Congrats on your new little boy!!! From what I can see, it looks like his ears are already on his way to standing up. Adrianna's ears looked just like that when I first got her. You can see in my avatar in the blue shirt, she has one ear up, one down. A couple of days later, they just shot right up. I never had to tape them up. I massaged them whenever I had her in my lap, but other than that, I let nature do it's thing.

| my breeder told me that Layla's ears would go up and down until she was 6 months depending on how much calcium her body was taking in. One day they might be straight and the next floppy. i think they look kinda cute when they flop |
