Congrats on your new little boy!!!
From what I can see, it looks like his ears are already on his way to standing up. Adrianna's ears looked just like that when I first got her. You can see in my avatar in the blue shirt, she has one ear up, one down.
A couple of days later, they just shot right up. I never had to tape them up. I massaged them whenever I had her in my lap, but other than that, I let nature do it's thing.
