I appreciate that you think he is so cool! He is just my Little Oscar! Rich and Famous he ain't but I am rich with all that he has brought to my life. He is so much fun and seems to just love everything we throw his way. He just rolls right along with us whichever way we go! Literally!!!

Which one of us is wearing a fat patch here? I will give you one guess and one hint and it ain't you! You are by far in the best shape of the two of us! And for that CD you will get a lot of sun, fun and laughter...those are some of the things that keep me young I guess! See you soon girl!!! We are gonna have a good time!

What IS a fat patch by the way?????

We looked up the weather, and although Friday looks sketchy, so far Sat and Sun look AWESOME!! WHOOPEE!!!

Got it at the Herb Store. It is an all natural herbal patch thingy that curbs your appetite, makes you drink more water and curbs cravings for sweets. Some people lose with it some don't. Thought I would give it a try tho. In a week, no weight lost here! But I do have more energy and that is a good thing. At some meals, I can only eat half of what I normally do but that is not consistent. They recommend more smaller meals throughout the day but it is HARD for me to eat when I am not hungry...We got our exercise bike...it broke 2nd day...I can't win for losing...and can't lose any weight! I will get it tho...just takes time.

It is called JenFe Next...I have only had it on for a week now and it is supposed to take about a month before you see results...it is a crutch for me I guess. But I will do anything for energy. Like Glad says, healthy eating & exercise is the key but this is just a little boost for me and if it helps, I say go for it! It is all natural - no Ephedra. The guy I got it from said you get the caffiene that is the equivalent of 1 teaspoon of coffee every hour...that ain't much! It was $75 for 30 patches but you can get it cheaper I am sure. He offered me a three month trial at $50 a month or a distributorship and I could get it at cost...I will see after this month what I want to do. You could buy the ingredients separately in a helath food store but have to remember to take pills...this patch releases it slowly into your bloodstream through your skin and you don't have to remember to take a pill. I already take 6 MSM + C, 2 Magnesium, 2 Flaxseed Oil and 2 Evening Primrose Oil capsules everyday...and that is just enough pills for me to swallow...almost too many to tell you the truth!!!
