It is called JenFe Next...I have only had it on for a week now and it is supposed to take about a month before you see results...it is a crutch for me I guess. But I will do anything for energy. Like Glad says, healthy eating & exercise is the key but this is just a little boost for me and if it helps, I say go for it! It is all natural - no Ephedra. The guy I got it from said you get the caffiene that is the equivalent of 1 teaspoon of coffee every hour...that ain't much! It was $75 for 30 patches but you can get it cheaper I am sure. He offered me a three month trial at $50 a month or a distributorship and I could get it at cost...I will see after this month what I want to do. You could buy the ingredients separately in a helath food store but have to remember to take pills...this patch releases it slowly into your bloodstream through your skin and you don't have to remember to take a pill. I already take 6 MSM + C, 2 Magnesium, 2 Flaxseed Oil and 2 Evening Primrose Oil capsules everyday...and that is just enough pills for me to swallow...almost too many to tell you the truth!!!
