| Dainty is not a word for Harvey , when I was told we were rescuing a Yorkie I was mortified to be honest , we have three other large dogs and I didn't think he would fit in. When we went to collect him it was love at first sight and we have been inseparable since. Due to his sheer size I was dubious he was a genuine Yorkie however I have his pedigree papers and his first owner saw both his parents and the rest of the litter. He is the best dog I have had the pleasure of owning especially considering we only got him at 8 years old , his spirit and personality always shine through and he's totally fearless. |

That's awesome he's a great fit to your family. He's very handsome. Ours was advertised as yorkie, he might be half... doesn't matter to us now. ![]() For the photos, did you resize existing or take new with a different camera setting? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I used the "insert all" feature up by the paper clip"manage attachments". | |

| I can't tell his true origin , his papers say true Yorkie but I'm guessing that somewhere in his make up a Westie got involved and these genes have come through , his previous owner saw both parents and these were Yorkies. The photos are exsisting ones taken on my phone and emailed to myself and the. Saved to fit image size. As for his name its come from his attitude , from the first moment he's taken over the house and does things his way, first night in his new home he pushes my German Sheppard off my knee and puts himself there , Lord of the manor my wife says hence Lord Harvington from Harvey. |

| That's funny! LOL Pushing a German Shepard out of the way. It's been years since I emailed photos from my phone to "my" email acct. I do remember it was a pain to send a lot but not bad if it was just one or two photos. |

| Welcome to yorkietalk. I am so glad Harvey to be rescued. I do believe he will be loved and spoiled forever. I always love to hear a happy story from a rescued dog. I also had a rescued maltese, Hanzo. He passsed away at the age of 15 1/2 years old two weeks ago in my arms.
