Welcome to yorkietalk. I am so glad Harvey to be rescued. I do believe he will be loved and spoiled forever.
I always love to hear a happy story from a rescued dog. I also had a rescued maltese, Hanzo. He passsed away at the age of 15 1/2 years old two weeks ago in my arms.
