| Merry Christmas To All This has been the best Christmas for Deuce. He was so engaged the whole gift giving time. He ran off with my grandson's socks, took the tissue paper and hid it in his bed and chewed up a bow (that wasn't a good idea). He even helped to assemble toys for our Grandson - and try them out. After we finished opening gifts he was making sure we didn't leave any out. We also included a picture of the National Tree in Washington for those of you who aren't able to see it. It was beautiful!!!! Merry Christmas to all and wishing you a wonderful and healthy New Year!!

| Not sure if Deuce was on the naughty or nice list, but he sure wins the cute list. Too funny about the tissue paper. He must have had a ball shredding it all. Have any papers for him to do? haha Seriously though, so glad that all ended well. All the best in 2014 to you and your loved ones. |

| Oh, and the tree is amazing. Thanks for sharing. How tall is it? It looks like it is all made up with lights, true? By that I mean it doesn't look like lights on a tree. Is it 3 dimensional? |

| LOOK UP THE NATIONAL CHRISTMAS TREE ON WIKIPEDIA TO GET THE HISTORY OF IT but it is a live tree. The decorations are LED and energy saving so they say. It looks like they have a mesh around it to place the lights but in areas the fronds tend to stick out. It's really a nice event to see on the National Mall. They even have trees decorated for each of the states with all these miniature trains set up and running. My favorite event to visit during the holidays is Rockefeller Center in New York City but this is also a great thing to see if you're down here in Washington D.C.

| Deuce, I am happy to hear you enjoyed Christmas. You are adorable reaching for the gifts on the table. Such a cute little rear end. The National Tree is gorgeous. We did not have a chance to get up to DC this year, but I have fond memories of visiting the Ellipse in past years to see the trees from each of the states.
