Mini in her new coat

Hey great idea, I was thinking earlier that I would prefer to make them myself as I need an xx-small for Chloe in most/sometimes a x-small but xx seems to fall too far from her tail-like a carcoat/ x-sm is a bit too wide and makes her leg go thru the front and makes her trip from becoming 3 legged temporarily! Are they hard to make? Did you make your own pattern or did you buy one? thanks Pattie & Chloe

Poor baby falling on her face Have you tried putting large safety pins on the sides kinda lifting the strap. By using the safety pins you can still use it when she gets bigger. I have started making somethings for my girls with the Velcro on the outer side, not the most attractive but much comfortable for hanging around the house and for when their hair is long. Things I have not made myself I have made changes remove the Velcro & replaced it or just covered it....just play around with it when you have some free time. Thanks Rosie, I will move some but the pin idea is a great one & I like the idea of having the favorite ones for later as she grows, that is IF she ever does ha ha. When she first started wearing her outfits she was so tiny (810 grams) outfits lasted forever, but now (at 6 months - 2 lbs 3 oz)) she seems to have stayed the same size since 4 months. She also has quite a collection now and I would like it if they get some wear. We get stuck on a certain one for a bit, when we go back to the others I would like it, to just move the pin as you suggested and still be able to use it. Making my own, sounds good too because I would like them to be longer then they come in a x-sm or small even. It seems her body is longer then it is wide compared to the sizing on these dog clothes.

The shape of a Dogs body is just like humans, they are all different. The bad thing about dogs clothing is that its not easy to return or exchange

They are ALL cute and just precious.

It's something how all the babies and those up to about 14-15 weeks look alike. They really isn't that much that I've noticed in hair color, etc. Am I wrong? Maybe it's just because I'm a newbie here!

I'm a newbie also but looked around here enuf to realize you are right. They all look so similar when young, then their colors sprout out. I am even starting to see different shaped heads and eyes!! I was surprized when Chloe's head turned grey (it took 3 teenagers for me, before mine started turning grey!) My sister (a long time dog lover) says "It's silver not grey!) I loved looking around here, at the cutsey girls with the ponytails and one Mom wrote me and said "Do ponies - not hats" I spent 3 hours last night (growling - (me not her) in the process) to put her cutsey little new bow in her hair... It took her 5 minutes to pull it out and then look at me so proudly at what she had accomplished! Any tricks to this or is it some tolerate it some don't?

Tonight we met a boybaby names Scooter... He lives 10 houses away across the street and I never knew it. Amazing what she has done to me and my life. I only have her less then 6 months and I can't remember life without her I used to think all Yorkies looked alike - How wrong I was
