| Well, if it makes you feel better I didn't even think about that person being attached to her name!! You will want to get nutrical to have on hand just in case she gets hypoglycemia. I would also get an exercise pen. You will want to keep her in that when you can't supervise her...helps with potty training and so she doesn't get into stuff she shouldn't. Also, check with your breeder as I am sure she will have started potty training Miley. Will it be on disposable pee pads, washable pee pads, a potty park or outside. Decide if you want to continue that or do it a different way. Also find out what kind of food breeder is giving her. You will want to keep her on that for awhile... I will see if I can find a thread on other puppy stuff.

| I don't know where you live but where I live winters are so cold my girls a lot of times wont pee outside. My breeder had started Ruby on a potty park (I got one for under $30) so I continued w it and its nice when I can't get home from work in time. I use disposable pee pads for when I visit other people homes. But if I could I would have them go outside 24/7!! Do some searches on here...there have been lots of threads discussing the pros and cons of all methods!

I too live in a state with really cold winters and for that reason I was considering the pads. | |

| Oh also...please do not use a collar for walking her...use a harness. Yorkies and other small dogs can get what's called a collapsing trachea. It is much better for them if you use a harness.

| Yes I did research on that and I have a break free collar but will only put it on her when in public and I will still be using a harness whenever I need to attach her leash! We don't want any collapsing tracheas! |
