| I have used this one for years. It's very easy. If you need help let me know and I can walk you through it. Photoscape : Free Photo Editing Software (Photo Editor) Download

| When I select my picture, I just right click on it and I have options, I use open with and then it will let me resize my picture to fit YT. I may not have explained this very good, hopefully it will work for you.

| I have found a workaround for picture resizing. If you have a shutterfly or other such account and you download pictures to the site, you can use it for smaller pics. Just save the picture on the shutterfly account to your computer. It will be resized automatically. Just a second way to do it. |

Photoscape is one of the easier ones in my opinion. Some of the others get really technical. I have used Photoshop as well. Also, what programs does your computer have on it? Mine has Microsoft Office Picture Manager which is very user friendly. Don't know if we installed this or it came with the computer?
