My male had a silver head as a pup and he turned out blonde. I would guess that your little guy will be lighter... Either blonde or grey.

Notice how gold he is around the muzzle, I was wondering if this would mean he's more likely to be a darker shade when he's older. Joey wasn't that gold around the muzzle at that age.

If this is so, incorrect color or not, I will love him all the same. Also, on a side note, I don't ever remember seeing a yorkie I didn't like

It's not incorrect, dark gold on the head is preferred but light gold or beige is accepted. It would be nice if you could update this thread in a year!
