| Donating YT 30K Club Member | Thet do look a like but the ear hair seems so different even if one pic the hair is shorter, it doesn't look like it would grow out like that. It's a hard call.

| The lost dog looks like he has a very blonde butt, if I may say so. Maybe it the lighting in the pics but he seems really light colored down there, and the found dog looks like he has silver hair there.

| How long ago were the potential owner's pictures taken? The ones you took his ear pigment (on the skin inside the ear) is much darker than the other dog's. I just put the pictures side by side and compared and I don't think it looks like the same dog. You never can tell just from pictures, but that's my impression.

| Please Please Take him in if you have not and have him scanned... Have them scan his Whole Body all over. Chips Move. Also can you post if he is Neutered? The only way to Know for sure if he is Zeke is to scan all over and he is Nuetered. Remember Yorkies change Color alot I know Daisy and Kodi Both have in the 6 years I have had them And Pixie in a Year.. Thank you for taking such good care of this sweet boy. |

| It doesn't not look like the same dog to me. Your first 2 pics looks like a blue and gold, which is what my baby is, but when she was young she had more black and tan, not just the tan color all over.

| Oh gosh, I'm sorry it took me so long to get back here. Just trying to make sure that both dogs are happy here and trying to do a little 'housetraining"....but here's the update: I agree with Ash about the shape of the ears. In fact, that was the first thing that I noticed....even with the hair being different, to me, it looked like the dog I've got has narrower ears. I sent the photos to the girl who I thought it might belong to, but even she says it's really hard to tell from my (amazing ) photos....she thought the nose looked different. He def. does NOT respond to the name of her dog at all. He also does not seem to respond to "Zeke".....but it's been awhile, so maybe he forgot? Also...the rear end...good observation! The photos I took make him look darker than he really is (Im comparing him to my Max, who IS DARK)...he's got a lot of blue/silver w/e you call it, but you're right about the other dog's butt being a lot golder there. He is not neutered. I will take him again somewhere to have his whole body scanned; that's a good idea. I don't know how thoroughly they scanned him when the finder took him the other day, although I could certainly call her and find out. I will look again on Craigslist and at Petfinder. It sure makes me feel sad though when I call or contact someone and it turns out not to be their dog; it's like I get their hopes up and then they're let down. I just know how frantic and upset I'd be if it happened to Max. I hope that whoever owns this little guy somehow can feel that he's in good hands and that I'm trying to find them and I'm giving him tons of love and everything we can. And I hope that every lost dog's owner knows that someone out there is taking good care of your displaced loved one, or at least, holds that hope in their heart. And I will try to be very careful about whoever claims to be the owner. I love this little guy and I KNOW he's got a loving home with me; I'm not giving him up to just anybody. There are things that only the owner would know about which I haven't said anything about and I think everyone knows that there are certain things about your dog that are unique. Thank you everyone for being so helpful and insightful. It means a lot to me.

| Sounds like you are doing your best to find his family. I would keep looking and putting the word out and if no one claims him in a few weeks I would make the steps to have him be part of your family. Later if the true owner comes forward then you can do what you think is best for the baby. Good luck with your search and, keep us informed.
