| WARNING SAD. Minnies last pictures I thought I would share them, but wanted to put warning for the ones who didnt want to see them. this is just hours before she died, right after she drank some Milk of my husbands, shes on his lap. Shes licking the milk from her face. I really thought that if she perked up this much she was going to keep getting better. This is what I dont get, she does not look like a dog thats dieing. I dont know what went wrong with her, what ever it was it came on so fast and with to different Hospital visits and I still loss my baby. http://img149.imageshack.us/img149/548/1001784fl2.jpg http://img132.imageshack.us/img132/4236/1001785lx4.jpg |

| Deb, I commiserate with you, my sister rescued a Golden Retriever off the streets last year. She had a mast cell tumor on her lung, and they put her through Chemo, and she didn't respond; it was too far spread, but the day she Crossed the Bridge, she was wagging her tail, and went for a last walk, and it was nearly impossible to believe she was dying. To this day, my sister struggles with the fact that a seemingly healthy dog, died so quickly. Cherish those last pictures of Minne, for they are very precious. Sheila |

| Last year my 13 year old Yorkie had surgery for bladder stones. The vet said the bladder wall was a little thick so he did a biopsy of it. Chip had bladder cancer. I kept thinking they had to be wrong once the bladder stones were removed he looked and acted normal. The vet said that he only had 6-8 weeks left. Easter Sunday everybody was saying the vet had to be wrong Chip was acting like a puppy again. My adult children were all home and everybody was remembering him as a puppy. Three days later he was gone. Six weeks after his surgery. Even though I knew he had cancer it was still a shock when he was fine one day and the next morning I knew there was something very, very wrong. I thought it would happen over a period of time not over night.

| Aw, I'm still sad about your Minnie. She was so beautiful. Bless her little heart. How's Mickey doing. I have also been praying for him. It's so hard to loose a little one. They become your life, and really are your babies. She'll be waiting for Mickey at the bridge. So Sad

| Mickeys doing ok.you can tell he misses her alot, but hes still eating and playing. Last week I finally washed her little nose smears off my livingroom window, and that was so hard. I cried as I wiped them away.I have cleaned and shampooed every thing, but I have not washed the blanket that me and her shared those last two days. I know it has her scent on it because Mickey sniffs it alot before he lays down on it. there are three little turds laying under my porch swing on the back deck. Minnie hated pooping in the snow. every time I take Mickey out to potty I see those 3 little turds. I cant make myself pick them up or even sweep them off the porch. and I hate that thers now 5-6 in of snow over her grave. |

My little Shadow Donating YT Member | I was so sorry to hear about yr loss of Minnie earlier. I Love that you posted her last pictures to share. Sometimes, it helps to share with others especially where others know the true Love of these babies so much! Minnie was a Doll! I'm so thankful that she was with her Loving Family/Mickey & in her comfortable home before she was to be called to rainbow bridge. Minnie knew how much she was truly Loved!

| So sorry to hear about Minnie. My Cloe' was put to rest on Monday and it is very hard not to have them with us. Cloe' too took a turn for the worst so very fast, I wish we could have had more time to absorb more hugs and affection. Minnie sure was a little cutie. My prayers are with you and your family. I'm so glad I found this website because I have had much support and it is helping slowing. What is helping my kids is finding all Cloe's pictures and they're going to scan them all and make a collage. She'll always be a part of our home. I hope you can find peace too. |

| I am so sorry for your loss, and my heart is with each and everyone of you. Our milkyway just passed this month, and it is hard. I think it will always be hard. But I am going to keep remembering the good times, like how he loved to sit outside in the snow with the sun on his face. He was so cute. |
