This is what I dont get, she does not look like a dog thats dieing. I dont know what went wrong with her, what ever it was it came on so fast and with to different Hospital visits and I still loss my baby.

I am so sorry about your Minnie. I know when the time is right Minnie is going to send you a special gift. She will help heal your heart by this gift. You will be so ready for another Furbaby and Im sure Minnie will send her to you...GOD BLESS YOU.

Deb, I am so sorry. Minnie was such a beautiful girl and I know where you are coming from and what you are feeling. I couldn't believe it when I read of her passing. Hugs hon.. you will heal. it is tough, and it takes time.. you will be ready to open up to another little girl in your own time.

I definetly feel your pain, so sorry for you, my yorkie Chelsea will have left us on Feb.13th, it will be 2yrs.I can still see taking her to the vet and holding her while she was put to sleep,she had long hair always with a bow and she weighed 4lbs, she was wrapped in a babies blamket, even the help there cried, she would have been 15 in a few weeks, also have had 5 Silky's put to sleep and my dgt. just lost her Scottie the day after Thanksgiving.We have all their urns in the tv room so they can be with us.Cross chains arond their urns and each little picture frame in front of their urns,I know your greif. We have 7urns and a lot of times we talk to them and pet their urns, it is so difficult, I dont know where we get the strenght sometimes, but God is good. Minnie RIP and hope you hae met our seven babies. I hope your having fun with them in Doggie Heaven when you passed over the Rainbowbridge.

I am so sorry...it is always hard to lose the little ones..I have lost a dog once from old age and I still think about him pretty often after 4 years...I miss him lots

My heart aches for you and the loss of your baby...I too have experienced this loss...and it is only just now (a little over 2 yrs) that I can even go onto this thread...I realize now that I should visit this thread from time to time if only to give others a huge cyber hug and to let them know that though you will never ever forget your loved one, in time, this overwhelming pain you are now experiencing will eventually turn into a dull ache...things will get better....healing will come....in time....I promise.....

I'm very sorry about Minnie and the sudden loss....it's strange how one day they are perfectly fine playing with us and the next day or hour they suddenly just pass away. my spike and i were eating the nite before watching tv and playing around and enjoying our usual nite time fun. the next day, he collapsed with high fever, anemia and an xray showed a giant tumor on his lung/heart area....by nightfall, he was gone! i still struggle with him not being here...it's just not right....it's just so odd that we don't know many times they have hidden issues as they don't let anything bother them. again, i'm sorry for your loss of minnie. jg - spike's mom
