I live on the Northside of Chicago around Elston and Addison. I would love to meet up with all of you just let me know where and when. Precious is only 5lbs and she needs other little dogs to play with. She tries to play with my son's 65lb boxer, actually it is kinda funny to watch them. She needs friends I'll be there.

nope no word yet. Clara hasn't written anything back so I e-mailed Julie this morning.. I will let you know as soon as I find out.. do you guys live by that park also?

No we live downtown but there is a dog park half a block away. There 7 or 8 yorkies that live around the park. Its called lakeshore park its by 400 e.Randolph.

my godmother lives in downtown.. on randolph.. but I have no idea where this dog park is..she lives on randolf and michigan.. past millenium park ..you know how you can't go any further because you'd walk into the lake.. that's where she lives... I don't know if you know what I'm talking about.. but is this anywhere near you?

i live in the black building at the end of randolph called Harbor Point.Idont know them.

When:Saturday MAY 26th Time: 2:00pm till 3ish.

Where: Hamlin outdoor Dog park, 3035 N Hoyne Ave
Chicago, IL 60618, near cross streets of Clybourn/Damen & Wellington.

Nice small dog park weather should be nice to play outside.

Why: So our LITTLE Yorkies can have a play date and socialize with other small yorkies, and the adults can share stories of helpful tips. ;-)

I found this today and want to take my 2 to the park. My brother is in the hospital after surgery today but I may go see him early and still try to make it.

Paddington goes to yorkie meetups all the time here in NYC and I definitely want to continue that in Chicago. If you guys go onto meetup.com there is a small dog meetup group in chicago that I've joined. I couldn't find anything specific to yorkies there though so thanks for this link!

Paddy's last meet-up was a yorkie picnic in central park, and the next is a pool party at a doggy daycare that has an indoor pool!! We love meetups hehe.

Hi Yorkie owners ;-)

I know we had talked about changing location to the Downtown East Randolph dog park
but due to availability of parking mainly because of the Taste Of Chicago & 4th of July weekend.
We've decided to have this june meeting at the same place and NOTE FOR AUGUST & SEPTEMBER
it will most likely be held in downtown.
Our Next Play-Date • Every LAST Saturday of the Month.
Saturday • June 30th, 2007
Time: 2:00pm-3ish

Where: Hamilin Dog Park,

3035 N. Hoyne Ave.
Dog Park is on corner of (Hoyne and Wellington Ave.)

Why: So our LITTLE Yorkies can
have a play date and socialize
with other yorkies.

lets cross our fingers it doesn't rain...i just checked and forecast looks good. ;-)
