lol, funny you should ask this, I called a German breeder and asked about a brewer (like Brewery) and she had no clue when I described it she was like oh BEAVER
guess I will try to get one while I am here

Yes this kinds thing can get confusing anywhere u go. I think many misunderstood the OP question, she knows how to pronounce it the German way but wanted the American pronunciation, which would be Broooow er or buew-er as stated in some post already. I bet that is confusing huh?

Here is Puerto Rico at my local grocery store they sell all medications from behind the courtesy desk. so instead of walking up to the shelf and picking up something myself i actually have to ask. I have to sit and think....hmmm if i was a Puerto Rican how would i pronounce it. Sometimes i cant get the American pronunciation out of my mouth no matter what I am thinking.
so Bayer aspirin because becomes buyer because of the way they pronounce their A's Benedryl becomes binidreel. I get the funniest looks, and it gets so frustrating so i know how u feel lol.

Funny you should say that, we were just in Sun Valley and Anaheim last month-- we went to Disneyland for my daughter's 5th birthday. Where in Ca. are you?

I know a couple of people in CO that have a Biewer. Maybe they will see this post and invite you over for a visit and you can meet one in person!! There is going to be a Biewer Specialty Show in Orlando, FL next weekend, several Biewers are going to be there. Or in March next year there is a show that some might be attending, I think it is Loveland, CO.

I think it's BEE-VAIR....I looked it up awhile ago for the same reason, I didn't want to pronounce it incorrectly.
