| San Fran! [QUOTE=vainchick5]Ok anyone who is interested in meeting for a YT convention either in LA or San Francisco, please let me know. I want to see if I can work this out. At this time just respond if you're interested and whether LA or SF is better for you. We can take a poll and decide that way. I will go either way but I prefer San Francisco [/QUOTE Depending on 'when' this convention is happening, we are there. My husband and I have been wanting to go back to SF. You can count me in as a 'maybe.'

| I am for LA, problems with SF I have two yorkies and I vote for LA, SF would be an extremely long drive with two of them and flying would be a little too expensive with the dogs, plus I don't want to traumatize Benni as he has just recently been getting better since his hospitalization. How about a place halfway for all of us? Maybe the Central Coast, huh? Like Cambria or Monterey? |

| I am closer to LA but Santa Barbara would be a great possibility. I would consider SF too. I used to live in Sacramento and I love the CITY! |

| I can easily do SF as its only 45min drive. I can possibly do LA but it will take some planning.

| Ok, so far San Francisco is in the lead. I will wait another day or two for more responses. If SF wins in a couple of days I will start looking for a place. If LA wins, Bella Bear do you want to take of finding a place there? I hope everyone is serious about coming because it will take a lot of time and energy to put it together.

| Sure I dont have a problem with assisting in setting something up for LA. But as far as San Fran, I'd want to go, but it'd be depending on when its taking place. Just let me know!

| Santa Barbara I really would like LA but can understand the travel issues. I would be traveling by myself and I have two yorkies (6.5 and 8 pounds). I love SF but you have to admit sunny days are not the norm, even in the summer. Last time I went there it was July and I had to buy my daughter a coat it was so cold. LOL. Santa Barbara is a very dog friendly town and it is gorgeous, plus the traffic is not bad, and there are beaches and parks galore. However, I will do my best to travel to wherever the majority likes. I am dying to meet some yorkie folks. |

| Ok so one problem I'm having is a lot of county's including Santa Barbara and San Mateo, have a leash policy. Does anyone object to having their babies on leashes? I personally wouldn't let Coco run around without a leash but I just want to make sure everyone is ok with that before I continue searching.
