| ![]() well i think you should not breed an unpapered dog there is more than enough people out there doing as such as you have learned i would never purcchase an un papered dog save your money and do it right if you want to be a respected breeder and start off right it is really not about how much to ask for an unpapered dog . you can go onto many different sites and there are all kind of prices out there on for sale sites you need to learn all you can before ever trying to breed have you read some of the horror stories of loosing pups mother etc i know of a 7 pound mother that had to have a c section breeding is not an easy thing there is so much more to it than just having pups you are risking your mothers life and the pups if you are unexperinced in breeding please start out right read talk and learn you do not want to start out being another byb breeding with a no papered dog be respected for your passion |

The most important thing is the health of your dogs and puppies. You're primary concern when placing puppies is that they are placed in preapproved homes. As far as placing unregistered dogs.........mmmmmm take a look at your local paper...you'll get an idea for your area. I do not advocate anyone breeding unless they have completely emersed themselves in the breed. That is study, study, study. Learn everything you can before you get near a whelping box. Your goal is to improve the breed, and in doing so....there should be no shortcuts.......ethics, integrity and the welfare of this gorgeous breed should be at the top of your list. As far as you showing....good for you and since this is in your plans, it would be where you should start before even attempting to breed. Not the other way around. Good Luck, Mary
