okay guys so i have been trying to get papers for my baby coco and the breeder was giving me the run around truns out that she hasnt gotten her dam or sire registed so she cant register the litter she has been trying to get in contact with the two breeders she got her dam and sire from with no luck so i wanted to know if anyone know these breeders hopefully there members on here this is the email i got from her with theinfo on her dogs and breeders info

your welcome, ok my mom name is Tinki is 6 yrs old bought back in 02' jun or july cant remember by eden yorkies dolores. Male name is Bear and he was purchased a year later in 03' so he is 5 years old and that was a christmas gift in decemeber by rembrandt yorkies. I have emailed several times within the time I decided to go ahead and breed them. I hope that helps..like I mentioned Ive tryed.


if you guys can help that would be great i really want to get my coco registered

come on guys 33views and no post i really want to register her but ive never heard of these breeders does anyone know if there on yorkie talk or bought a yorkie from them around the same time she did???

sounds like she lied to you.... you most likely wont be getting her registered

I think there is a time period for getting your dogs registered with the AKC . Regardless, you will never be able to register your dog until SHE registers her. More than likely she got a limited registration and went ahead and bred the dogs anyway and the puppies would not be eligible to be registered. Not saying that is what she did, but it happens a lot.

I'm sorry if she lied to you. It sounds you have a long up hill battle if you want to get her registered.

It looks to me like you were decieved. Were you thinking of breeding her, or showing her? I know alot of it is on the principle of the whole deal, you wanted pure breed, you paid for one ensuring it was a pure breed, and papers to prove it. Think of it this way if she just showed up on your door step as a stray , would you even care what she is now?

i wanted to breed her in the future, but your right it is the principle i wanted a pure breed i paid alot of money for one and i had to raise it on my own at 17 im going to be 19 i wanted to have papers to prove it but if she would have showed up at my door step i would have loved her just the same but i think i would have bought another one with papers i noe im odd but that very important to me i like to take pride in saying i have a pure breed and now i have nothing to prove it and since my baby is 6-7 pounds people always question me about her including my own familly, especially since i had to pay more for papers i feel like without them i dont even really know where my baby came from im big on familly and wanted to start a scrapbook for her with pics of them and pedigrees and now i just feel decived ugh sorry for going on and on im just so sad this has been along battle getting the money then getting her delevered i think i am the only one on yorkietalk that ever got a dog from her she hasnt come thru on a lot of members so im thinking i might just sue her if the papers dont work out grrr idk what do you guys think???

So you think because your baby is between 6 and 7 lbs. that she is not purebred????

I wish I could help. I hope all works out for you. I really do not think there is a thing you can do without the parents being registered (if I read that) and there is a window of time in which they can be registered if I am not mistaken.
