So my dog loved his first xmas last year. 2. Plastic oraments
3. No garland
4. Tree braches that start three feet off the ground
5. Water-proof wrapping paper

They even have their own "Yorkie" tree with ornaments that I have purchased just for them (and a few that were gifts from family). I kinda made our family room into a "Yorkie Christmas" room (stockings on the fireplace,,,, etc.)
