So I went an bought a baby gate with plexy glass on the front, HE JUMPED OVER IT!!! So I took his old gate, and placed it in a V shape against the new gate, so it created a triangle. That way he couldn't take a running start to jump the gate. So far so good. except this morning my fiance said he was stuck in the triangle before he was leaving for work, so he got him out so he wouldnt be stuck there, and closed the door. So while we're not home, we'll close the door and while we're home we'll use the gate..lol

My little monster does that as well...She started after a month from being at the house and now she gets on top of the dinning table....Don't ask me how but she does it...

I really don't remember adopting a cat or a monkey. I could have sworn I signed up for DOG..lool..preferable without springs in the feet

He is a cute monkey though..hehe..I think he secretly does it to make mommy and daddy laugh. Then I give him tons of kisses while calling him a bratty brat. Maybe he likes it. I should probably stop but he looks so cute and happy with himself when he does it..lol

My little guy did that when I first brought him home at only three pounds. The gate wasn't nearly as high...but I feel he would have climbed it no matter what. I tried covering it too. After three days of him escaping...I felt he earned the right to be free in the house...except for the bedrooms and bathroom. I also thought about changing his name to Houdini.

Yea I wish I could do that. I can't cause I have 2 of them and the house is over 2700 sq. ft. I would be running all over the place to find each one..lol..Nothing would ever get done. During their dinner and sleep time they are up there, and when we're not home. Otherwise they are with us downstairs. He is a monkey..lol
