We bought plexiglass just for this reason... Carson was doing this same thing at 12 weeks! But he didn't know what to do at the top, and fell off...he bumped his head... and I said, That's it! I have to do someting. Plexiglass goes on all four sides, top to bottom, four panels from Home depot. We drilled holed in the plexi and ziptied them at the top and sides... carefully clipping the excess ziptie for safety. if you want a photo, I'll take one. He hasn't gotten out since.
