Biewer Expertise please

I don't think it has enough wrinkles to look puggle-ish ... maybe yorkie / shih tzu mix? I have seen a pic of a new born Shih Tzu and I think it looks exactly like it....

I've included a pic of the older sibling. Doesn't it look like she the creme pup could look like that if it became diluted as the time pass? Just thinking...And plus it doesn't look like the quality I would have in mind if I were to buy a biewer

Well, I looked back at all of the pictures she sent me and saw that all of the pups were traditional color except the creme girl. i understand the rest because I was told F1 will look like a traditional... But still, what about the creme.

I dont think creme should be in any Parti/Biewer maybe pm JeanieK or TammyJM, or Scrappindee as they all have Parti/Biewers and may be able to help you more.

The dog doesn't look like a biewer or a yorkie. It is probably a mix of some sort.

I don't understand the f1, f2, or f3. I only breed Biewer to Biewer with extreme caution to pedigrees, colors, ears, etc.

i think it is a shih tzu/biewer mix. I came across this site: http://www.puptopuppies.com/ and under class act kennel (her kennel) it says F1 biewers and shih tzus. Maybe it was an opps litter because she kept saying she didn't have a pic of the mother but was proud to show pics of the biewer father

from a genetics study standpoint (iunno if this is the right way of looking at it but maybe some insight) ... buut

when using terms like F1, F2, F3, etc ... its the labels for the generation. So it could be the first generation of offsrping some mix between yorkie+_____ (parents).

Then the offspring from the F1 generations breed and their babies are the F2 generations.

but i would definitely ask the more experienced pple with biewers and partis.

Hmmmm,that's a tough one because I do see Yorkie features but the color throws me off some. So,she is saying that this dam is a (100%) Yorkie and (100%) Biewer mix?? I would think the Biewer breeders, especially the ones that have experience with the "Splitters",would be able to answer this for you...or atleast have a better idea than what I do. Her color looks more like a "Yorktese" (Maltese/Yorkie mix). However,I don't really see Maltese in her. The picture of the puppy does look like she will end up looking like the mom. I wish I knew what exactly to say....sorry that I have not been more help to you. The one thing that I can say is if you were looking for the look of a Biewer, she will not look like that. There are some great Biewer breeeders that are members of YorkieTalk if you decide to go that route.

Maybe I didn't explain myself well. It looks like a cross breeding.

I am not looking for an explanation of F1, F2, etc. It is a particular clubs philosophy. I don't know if it is working for their breeding programs as I don't discuss it. My breeding program does not utilize F1, F2.
