I don't think it has enough wrinkles to look puggle-ish
... maybe yorkie / shih tzu mix? I have seen a pic of a new born Shih Tzu and I think it looks exactly like it....
I've included a pic of the older sibling. Doesn't it look like she the creme pup could look like that if it became diluted as the time pass?
Just thinking...And plus it doesn't look like the quality I would have in mind if I were to buy a biewer
