i think it is a shih tzu/biewer mix. I came across this site:
http://www.puptopuppies.com/ and under class act kennel (her kennel) it says F1 biewers and shih tzus. Maybe it was an opps litter because she kept saying she didn't have a pic of the mother but was proud to show pics of the biewer father
