| ![]() Interesting, we do not have that in the UK. My dogs are always on a leash/lead in the streets and I have a secure back garden/yard. However on our daily walks once they are in a safe park, woods or nature reserve they go off lead because they have very good recalls. They do not run off and are not allowed to approach other dogs or people without being invited. |

| ![]() In most places it's illegal to have a dog off leash. Unless it is an enclosed dog run precisely for unleashed dogs. If there is a next time, have your cell phone ready to call authorities (get the number ahead of time, of course) ... grrr, angers me when people do not follow rules ....

| ![]() I woke up bright and early this morning but I was not able to speak to the lady. I looked out my window and saw her walking her dog and lo and behold the pup was strutting a bright pink harness with a matching leash. ![]() Hmmmm... maybe someone tipped her off. Either way I felt better about walking my LouBear. It was a nice and peaceful walk. Thanks for all your help and advice. Hopefully she will keep this up ![]()
