I woke up bright and early this morning but I was not able to speak to the lady. I looked out my window and saw her walking her dog and lo and behold the pup was strutting a bright pink harness with a matching leash.
Hmmmm... maybe someone tipped her off. Either way I felt better about walking my LouBear. It was a nice and peaceful walk.
