Is it wrong to laugh at this? I think our little ones get away with a whole lot. My Bear hasnt done this specifically, we use the pee-pads, we feed him early in the morning and then again early in the evening. There has been a couple of times when he has not finished pooping and has taken his poop up onto our bed.

I laughed at this because - Jeanie has long hair at her butt, and even though we have it trimmed - it keeps "presents" inside. So I have to check for "poopy bum" every day. I asked my husband to check last night, and he looks and says ....it's ok I think. I said you have to feel for it......he's like NO WAY!

He slept, soundly, in his playpen last night. I fed him at 6:30 instead of 7:45PM and he would not poop before he went to sleep. In the morning we found that he had pooped in the playpen. This is a dog who has been trained to only go outside since he was a puppy.

Barking all night sounds better than waking up in dog poop ... wouldn't he get tired of barking after a while ....

make his own bed more desirable for him and he may prefer sleeping there..... .after a few nights, he will get the idea ...

and feeding him earlier sounds like a good idea as well ....

Unless you want this to continue, try to do other things to avoid the problem ....
