just a thought here, If someone going to walk the neighbor hood with a dog it might be better if it was not a yorkie maybe even a larger dog, so no one gets suspicion. :)

Candle lit for zeke and the other babies
 
Wow, i just has another god experience,Lit a candle on the candle sight prayed for zeke and the babies missing and got god chills all through my body and i feel so at peace after praying, i know god is llistening and will answer our prayers, everyone please today light a candle. see other thread for candle sight.

I felt chills too Donna after lighting my candle this am. And I know it's not the cold her cause it is going to HOT and Sticky here today.

Maureen and Zeke
 
I am so glad I found the new link, I went to the old link to post and saw it was closed. So glad a new thread was started with all the positive energy in it I am sure that Maureen will find Zeke real soon.

I haven't been online in a couple of days as I was traveling to Canada. Anyway I just wanted to let Maureen know that I am still praying for Zeke's safe return.

So glad to see Lori and Jeanie back on the thread.

Prayer's still coming for Zeke.
I somehow can't comprehend all that is going on. If you think
Zeke is there and it is a known fact Yorkies have been reported
missing and there are too many dogs in the home for that zone
then why in the name of heavens can't the cop's go there?
You are paying for them through your town taxes. They are suppose
to be there in a time of need and do their jobs! If I ever heard of
a run around this is it! Makes me sick to think no local agency will
help you. If it is proven that zeke is in that house I would get a reporter
to write the story and make the local police dept. look like asses!
Won't be the first time they have not done their jobs!

I wasn't going to say anything either because I might be missing some info but...Don't most states treat pets as personal property?..If so and if you believe your dog is in that garage why don't the police come out with you standing by them, with a portable scanner or at least knock on the door and ask the people to see the dogs in the garage because they believe their dog is in there??...wouldn't they do the same if you saw your stolen car in there???.... Just wondering....

So what if she positively identified Zeke, then they came out and scanned him and it wasn't? Would they arrest her? I doubt it. I would just say that I recognized him just to get in the door.

Strange how lighting that candle gives you chills and really helps you reflct on your hopes for Zeke to be returned and his mothers strength!

Surely she cannot be arrested for mistaken Identity. If the lady has nothing to hid why wouldnt she step fourth and agree to scan? I guess all people are not so humane tho. If someone thought Bella or Diggy was theirs, I have nothing to hide scan away I would love to help give peaceof mind ya know.....this whole thing is just sickening to me. I PRAY for Zeke to be back in his mothers loving arms soon.

Same here. It sounds like an obvious case of animal neglect that anyone can see by looking in the window. I can't understand why animal control isn't all over it.

Nothing new to report.

I will be going to Modesto tommorrow and I will meet Maureen and then we will go to the house and try and make an ID and get pictures.

I hope we find him.

This is what I was thinking. Maureen, I understand that Galatea's license prevents her from suggesting that you make a positive ID if you aren't truly 100% positive but have you thought about doing it? It sounds like there is a pretty good chance he's in there and it sounds like that's all you would have to do to get it checked out. Worse case scenario is that you are mistaken and although your heart would break, you wouldn't have hurt anyone and, well, of course we know the best case... Zeke comes home!:)

They can't and won't do anything without positive "proof" and at this point I think if I were to tell them I am positive they would not believe me, because I already told them I was not 100% sure :(

Our only option is to wait and see what Galatea thinks about the house and do what she says. I am anxious for tomorrow to come:)
