Let's continue the thread to help find Zeke without all the drama from the other thread...I PM'd Admin and rules were broke so it had to be closed, let's all stay on track and not let that happen again for the sake of Zeke...Everyone has had great input and means well, but let's not speculate or second guess anyones intentions and stay focused...Thanks to all, and let's all take a moment and say a prayer!!!!!! We may be close...;) :ghug:

I would love to hear news about the search for Zeke. I can't even imagine the pain Maureen is going through...:(

So I apologize if I come on and then go off line, I have alot to do today...I will PM Maureen and let her know I started another thread and allow her to share what she feels comfortable with...I just thought it was important to have a place for people to go to and offer comfort, I would be just insane right now if it was Charlie or Henry, I can't wait to get home from work every night to see them, they GO CRAZY:yay_jump: when I walk in the door...I will post more after I hear from Maureen or I will let her, Thanks Everyone!!!!!!:happyw:

Thanks for starting this thread for all of us who have been here from the start I think we all would like to be for the end when Zeke comes home.:)

I just can't image what Maureen has been going thru. :( I pray that Zeke is found really soon and back where he belongs. :hands:

I thought you would all like to hear a update on Zeke!!!

This could be the day ZEKE is brought home, Galatea found the address of the grandmother, Maureen and her husband Mike went to the address, knocked at the door, and no one answered, they saw a chair by the Garage door, so Mauree held it while Mike climbed up, and looked ito the top windows, he saw what appeared to be a dog that looked like ZEKE, there were about 3 adult dogs there, with about 4 puppies. Mike tried to lift the Garage door up and could only get it up about 3 inches, he was trying to feel if there was a male dog in there, that could be Zeke but could not. They did call Animal Control, and she is turning the case over to the lady on duty for the next four days. They will go over today and hopefully be able to file a complaint on the number of dogs on the property, and to see if all are licensed, if not they have a right to take to check them out to make sure all are in good condition, at that time they will use the scanner to see if they have ZEKE or Cosmo the other yorkie that went missing. So say your prayers, and I will get back to you all if I find anymore out. I pray this will be the day we all have been hoping for. We owe Galatea big time for finding the address of the Grandmother.

This is great news!! Donna jean (Jeanie) You are back and I am glad!!! I am going to the springs next week, if we have time I would love to come see your babies as we talked about before. Armani will be staying home with his grandparents. Anyways.. welcome back!

Im so glad to hear that maureen and mike are so close to bringing zeke home and im happy to see you back on board donna jean, since we are so close lets all unite today in prayer,every moment you think of zeke and maureen say a prayer i really feel it deep down in my bones thats him.

What promising news. Finger's crossed that is Zeke in there and the
other missing Yorkie. Please let it be Zeke. I am getting heart palpatations
just thinking it is and Maureen may have him back today.
I hope someone is watching that house all day today so they can't
be moved out for whatever reason.

Of Course the police will not cooreperate!!!! Zeke has been missing for 2 months, and they will not go to the grandmothers house to check to see if ZEKE is one of the dogs that are being kept in Horrific conditions, it is just not a pirority on there list of to do things. I know for a fact that there are soooooooo many great policeman out there but the one we have been trying so hard to get to help us will not lift a hand, we have done alll the footwork he should have done, it has taken us two months to track him down, he has been identified, by the grandson as Tahoe their dog, when shown a picture of ZEKE, I am just heart sick. I want to stay so possitive, and that I will, I will not give up, Galatea is on board with us, and has worked so hard to find the grandmother, she will figure a way for us to get to see the dogs, in a leagal way, which is the only way we will do things. So all hang in there and be possitive, we are going to bring him home one way or the other, the good news is we know where he is. I just pray she has not sold him, as he was nutered, and unable to breed, and may have sold him for that reason. Let's keep the faith, and stay hopeful, this could still work out.

I will post when I have more news on how everything is working out.

This is the break we have been waiting for for months, this is the grandmother that the kid said is Tahoe when he was shown a picture!!!!! We have her address, she has more dogs than is allowed!!!! This could be a ring of yorkie theifs at the most, or at the least a person who has more yorkies than is allowed, being kept in horiffic conditions!!!!!! I don't know what to think or what to do. We all have to keep the faith, pray, and hopefully Galatea will be able to get us over this hurttle!!!!!!! I am so dissapointed I could cry. Please pray for ZEKE, all your prayers mean so much and please stay possitive and hopeful, we all have been working so hard to bring ZEKE home and this is the closest we have come yet!

We need to get a volunteer to watch the house and take pictures, if we can get a picture of the Grandmother with ZEKE and Maureen can identify him, than we can demand the police do something. It is the law, thank you for reminding us to have someone watching that house day and night! I totally spaced that out. That is really the only way we are going to be able to get the police to take us seriously is to get a picture. Lets remain very hopeful, and positive, we are so dang close, we have to open the door to this lead, if Zeke is not there and has been sold, I think it has to be back to the Wal Mart. tapes and the woman who was trying to sell a dog that looked like ZEKE.

I am going to see if at the least they will get a Detective out there to watch the house and take pictues of the grandmother and a yorkie that she has been taking to her son's house when she visits.

I am sure you all know that the Sons house was raided by the police, as there was a stolen RV parked in front of the sons house. Now why the police will not take this case by the grandmother serious is beyond me.

Thanks to all who have been so loyal in trying to get ZEKE home. We will get him home or die trying!!!!!! I will continue to pray!!!!!!

Just following along on this story is so emotional, I can't even imagine being one of the people working directly on this case... you all are working so hard to find Zeke......I hope he's brought home soon, that poor little guy must be so heartbroken for his mom....prayers it happens soon for all involved...

They did, and all the dogs came running, they have been locked in a dark Garage, and in filthy conditions, and are all craving human attention! That is why Mike was trying to feel under the dog to see if there was a male, but the Garage door would only open 3 inches, and he could not feel under any of the dogs.

But thank you for asking, I am sure other people are wondering the same. Their is also a yard that you can not get to unless you go through the house, and many yorkies were barking in the yard as well.

Aren't there any animal groups or a dog warden or ASPCA that maybe more willing to help with the proof you have? Someone with an interest more of animals.

I really don't think the police will help you with any amount of proof you may get. IMO

You know you could be so right, I would think if there was a complaint filed about the conditions that an exsesive amount of dogs are being kept in horrific conditions they should be able to help in a heart beat.

I will ask Marueen to ask Galatea our lawyer on the case who elce we could get to help rescue all these poor dogs, as I do believe by the way it was described to me that the conditions the dogs are living in are filthy!!!!!

It's so sad that no one really care enough about dogs to help them with the exception of our rescue groups, but we would have to go through the police to get a police warrant, and they just will not do anything for us.

We are sooooooooo close, this is just too sad!!!!!!! I will continue with my prayers and stay focused, possitive, and full of hope!!!!!

I have chills i will drive down to help i think there is a kennel club in that area too ... i know lodi and stockon has a huge Yorkie club membership somone PM me so we can set up a day for getting the baby home

Thanks for your kind words it is great to be back, I think Prayer is more important than anything we can do at this point, thank you so much for you wonderful suggestion!!!!!!! I feel it to Donna Dee This is the day to stay close, hopeful, united, possitive, and pray through out the day, whenever we think about ZEKE and Maureen, I will take you up on your suggestion for sure.

I looked online can't the spca help theres one in modesto there phone #209-575-2918 can't some one report them of the animal in a garage with out food or water and unsanitary conditions,i thought that was there job to handle animal cruilty. sorry in just trying to help,has any one called them today?
