When i was looking for breeders here on YT, i did a search on each one to see what was said about them and i'm sure others do the same. |

I can't understand where some of you think this shouldn't be posted . I think it should ,it is only right for OP to let it be known to us what ths breeder is doing to her. It seems kinda clear at this point there is some wrong doing on the breeders part. |

I am not sure what state Sylvan Yorkies is in, but here is a list of laws. Look it over and see if it pertains to your situation. Also, for the person that bought the Yorkie from Stacy and now she is sick with a serious heart condition, you might also want to take a look at this link. I was sitting around last night thinking about this thread and started to wonder to myself. What if something happened to me? What if I had a heart attack or something awful that I was incapable of going about my business as usual. My husband knows nothing about YT other than I sit and waste hours on it when I could be doing something more productive. He would not even think to come on here and post and see if there are any threads about me. He doesnt know my user name or password so couldnt if he wanted to. If I had just sold dogs and papers needed delivering, he would not have a clue who they should go to or even how to fill them out. He doesnt know my email address password to check for messages. He doesnt know a thing about my website other than the fact I have one. He cant check the messages in it. He wouldnt know how to go about doing any of this because it isnt his duty, it is mine and only mine. I would never just ingore someone like this especially if it was on an open forum like these where it could mean me losing my reputation so I can only think something very bad has happened. Has anyone gotten ahold of Stacy's family? |

I picked up Lilly on 6/16 less than 1 month ago and Stacey seemed okay to me. The problem with Michiko has been going on for 5 months now. |

I mean, I just got REALLY POed at this authorized Verizon dealer (I even wrote about it on YT) yesterday, and I was threatening to write the papers and use my big mouth to make sure they don't get any business. Playing devils advocate again.... Who knows what her vet said about the dogs heart condition? I know that I personally have gotten 3 different opinions on one ear. Some vets are better at some things than others. And Michiko.. at any time did Stacy respond to your emails and tell you she had not received the papers from AKC yet? Did she tell you that you could file them yourself if it was taking too long for you? I do not know anything about the timing so I am just wondering, I was responsible for filing my dogs but I didnt so I would not know how long it usually takes. Other dogs have been too long ago for me to remember a timeline. Curious to as to who is the breeder on YT that looked at the paperwork she sent you? The one that said it was faked? |

As far as taking action, several posters suggested getting in touch with the AKC. They should be handling this. That's one of their functions. The problems the breeder may have had with them would not have equaled having her reputation seriously damaged in a small community. Posting a short, factual blurb on YT, in the appropriate forum, would also have been appropriate, so that potential buyers would be made aware of this. |
Sorry honey, but this is not about you... and I am just posting what I need to post. ANd I don't need anyone to criticize what I said... I am sorry that you felt uncomfortable... but I am not sure why you would feel uncomfortable.. but I respect your feelings. And I will ask you the same. Please respect what I had to say. And I am not here to be told what I should or shouldn't have done. I have been a YT member for long time. I make my own judgment, and respect whatever Admin decided. This was NOT necessary for review on Sylvan Yorkies. It was more to that. I have posted an appropriate post on the review section as well. YOu can speak up your mind on this forum, but let's try not to tell others what to do in the sense of posting because that is why we have wonderful moderators and admin :) Thank you for listening.
