YT is my home page and I don't have to sign in if my hubby pulls up the internet, YT comes up. I am also worried about Stacey and I Hope she is ok.

Here's something you can do in the meantime.

Send her your request, along with another copy of the vet's report showing you had her spayed along with a polite DEMAND for your registration papers, and let her know you're giving her 30 days to comply. Send it CERTIFIED mail with a return receipt, and cc the District Attorney for the county in which she resides. Send the District Attorney a copy of the same information that you sent to her.

Sorry to hear that Michiko....if this thread hasn't motivated a response privately to you, I'm not to optimistic at this point for it to happen for you :( ....

Thats a good idea. I know you're not ready to pursue legal action yet, but this is a way to show her you're really serious.

Maybe someone who knows her on a friendly basis should give her a call and find out if she is ok?? She has teenaged children so maybe if something happened to Stacy they could fill you in...she hasnt posted on YT since the middle of June or so...Id say thats pretty strange...

I am really sorry you still havent had word yet. I was hoping this thread will inspire some action and get it done for you. I hope Stacy is ok and worry about her also. I said in an earlier post that this thread will not ruin her reputation but I am afraid if she doenst contact you soon , some heavy damage will be done that I am not so sure will be repaired anytime soon. I can only think that something very wrong has happened with her or why would she let something so little as replying to you and giving you an explaination destroy or damage something that she has spent many years building. It just doesnt make any sense. I hope she gets in contact with someone and lets them know she is ok soon.

As for Sylvan Yorkies..I've been on YT for over a year and I've always heard wonderful things about her and her Yorkies. I've also seen her speak her mind, defend herself, and defend others frequently here on YT without biting her tongue. Recently I haven't seen her on in a while nor is her website up. Maybe she is having serious problems we don't know about! You never know what someone can be going through. And I don't mean physical, b/c most people can get access to communication. What about mental? (Sorry Stacy, don't mean to call you mental), but you all know what I mean. For somebody to change their spots so quickly is out of character. She has SO many positive remarks, why would she just mess up her reputation on purpose? I just don't see it happening. I truly, truly, hope that she is okay as I don't wish for bad things on anyone...well, some people, but they aren't on YT. LOLOL Serously, though...it's not that I think Stacy owes us all a response, but some communication should be given to Michiko. And if she wants to "save face" in the Yorkie forum world, she would eventually want to speak out here. Too many times people get bashed on this forum for not dotting an "i", and everyone takes sides. I truly hate that. And just as in any other case, I am not taking "friends" sides here as I know them both equally here on YT.

Michiko, my heart goes to you, and also to Stacy, I know she's been a memeber here for a while and a dedicated breeder, I hope there's still a chance for the two of you to work the whole situation out. I agree, it is strange that she hasn't followed through with the contract, also the story with Timmy's sick baby, and I hope there's a good explanation for all this. I hope she is OK. I remember coming across posts by people looking for a puppy, she always came highly recommended (wasn't there a waiting list for her dogs??). I'm sure YorkieTalk has been a big part of her life (as it is Haruka's, mine and all of you), and I'd hate to see it go down like this...
