Hey, can somebody summarize what has happened please! ( there is way too many pages in this thread, and I have gone through some, but i'm not getting anywhere lol) ? Did they find where Zeke is???

OK i am glad you guys have contact with a lawyer. Some of the stuff i was reading made no sense to me. Things are getting so confusing with the search warrant and all.

Sorry if i wrote offended but i feel if the main people involved in this search just calmed down and didn't think so many steps ahead than they need to things would be so much better for you all.

What i suggest you do for now is keep on talking to the man who gave the tip and simply lay low and survey the home. and the area. Get up some of your friends that are willing to help and set up times to walk through that area during different times during the day. two or three people will do so it just looked like ur out excersizing. Make sure you do a shift on the weekend two, You can also narrow down key times by asking the tipster what time of day he sited the yorkie.

I just would really hate to see you all lose a chance to get zeke back if this is him because you put of flyers and scared the man into hiding the dog, or if you go harassing the man and he goes and hides the dog.

You are not going to get a search warrant for that mans home by any means, cause its a Dog to them and you are not paris hilton, you know what i mean?

Calm down breath and really think through your steps.

I hope i dont offend i just really want to see Your efforts succeed.

Did you not read through all the posts of the evening with Galatea, she is a lawyer, and is getting us a PI, we do not want to blow this, it is too important, I agree with you. We are here 24/7 and very into this case, we need to get profeccional help who can see from the outside in, and knows the proper steps to take so we don't blow this last chance to get Zeke home.

Please know, I am sure not offended, I feel great, now that we have Galatea behind us, and a PI coming on board.

We have not found Zeke yet, but we are close. There is a summary but it is not posted, it is for the Police, PI, or Lawyer, that we have working on the case with us.

No i didn't read it. i was reading the post while i was doing my hair and thas the page i got stuck on. and Replied after i was done with straightening my hair. No I am no lawyer but i knew for sure that you would not be able to get a search warrant for this type of thing unless your Paris Hilton or someone with money and can pay someone off u know?

I was also simply saying you can actually get some proof yourself on your own rather spend money in a way that wont stress you ladies out. I read this thread like twice a day, and I feel so bad. You could probably saved some money by just doing a regular low profile surveillance of the home. Maybe you wont even need a PI. Hire a friend to sit a few houses down and just keep an eye on the area. That would be cheaper than a PI and just as effective with the data collected.

No we do not have a PI on board yet!!!!! However we do have a wonderful lawyer who has been on board with us since the begining, and now is giving us much needed advice, now that a search warrant will possibly be needed.

Our lawyer has a couple of very good PI's that she is collecting information for in the case that we can afford to hire one. This all depends on the gifts that come in for Zeke, and of course everything must be approved by Maureen.

Good morning everyone!!! I think the best thing to do is get a PI involved, they have resources that we do not, but I think we need to do it today. That way there will be professionals with cameras...videos...to capture the proof we need on film!!! Then of course the police will have less doubts, and we will have a better chance of the police taking this seriously, getting the search warrants and bringing Zeke home. Yes, Maureen get your friends involved, have them either sit hidden in a car or some where watching this mans house, the comings and goings (license plate numbers). Obviously, if a woman shows up there with a Yorkie...follow her...you can be assured she will eventually go home, then you'll have her address to give to the authorities, they will go to the home. But the problem is do you (Maureen) have enough help...you'll need plenty to watch 24/7. I'm begging you hire a PI, today...let them do the proving to the police, that Zeke is there.

Maureen...I went to sleep last night praying for you and Zeke to be together once again, I woke up this morning with a tiny little voice simply saying "help"!!! I have never talked to you, so I do not know your voice, but my deep down inside feeling was that it was a message from Zeke...He is there, and needs us to help him come home...I am serious I heard, in my head...this tiny cry for help. I will do any thing to help...if it's a matter of collecting more gifts...I am here for you, how do you feel about all this? Hopeful...scared...do you have any ideas, other then what we all have already mentioned? I am committed to helping you, we will not fail...Zeke wants to come home as bad as you want him to be home...He loves you!!!

Hey, not to worry, we are glad you are on board, and that you care, this is a very long thread, going on over a month now. So it is hard to know everything if you have not been on board from the begining. We appreciate all possitive input.
