| ![]() Just to add it would be better for you also because YOUR always going to feel uncomfortable around her so for your benefit you really need to do this...if it's hard to do it in person use the phone... ![]()

| ![]() Thats a hard one.... ...But I was in a similar situation, so hopefully this helps... Several years I got a Yorkie named Vegas, and then decided to stay at the apt I was in (which I never really was at because I mostly lived with my b/f at the time, and was just going to move in with him when my lease was up)...then we broke up....and as you can imagine recived a eviction notice (because we were not allowed pets) unless i got rid of my dog. So...I had my mom watch her for 6 months until my apt lease was up.... 6 months passed and it was time to collect my dog...only my mom was by that time too attached, so she offered to get me another Yorkie to replace Vegas, and as hard as it was for me...I let her keep Vegas, and accepted the new dog. I figured that I only had her less than 2 months and my mom had her like 6, so I did what was best and let her keep her..... |

| ![]() I'd say be honest. Tell her your feelings and concerns on the matter. Let her know about the adjustments both dogs have made and let her understand what kinds of stress the pups could suffer if their lives were changed so drastically for what may be a terrible change to them. They're sibblings now bonded - away from mom & dad with only themselves as any sort of comfort & familiarity. They've learned to potty train and now adjust to your house, family, and lifestyle. Is separating them now really the best solution? Tell her about the new litter, and let her know that you'd be more than willing to purchase her puppy of choice from the new batch. See what she says. Tell her to look at all the new babies before she makes her decision. (remember, seeing puppies and not wanting to keep at least one is almost impossible) I just want to say, though, this has to be done not only for yourself but for the happiness of both pups. What's best for them is best overall. And best of luck! |
