Thank you. I didnt have any money to donate, Stll trying to pay off Mickeys surgery and all. and so I felt kind of bad about that and wanted to try and make him some thing special.

Patticakes parents are quite beautiful. It brings me to tears, knowing how lovingly you cared for their babies, only to part with them. What a great Mom you are! I am sure you take great comfort in the fact that these two pups went to truly caring forever homes.

I heard from Lori today and she was short on funds for the trip. I agree with you. I just wrote a note to Corinne about this.
If only 20 members would donate $10 each ... we could cover the shortfall. I would like to feel that other people contributed this time around.
If only 40 members would donate just $5 each we can still cover the shortfall.
Lori should not have to bear the cost.
She used her car and that is wear and tear!

Let's hope for another miracle ......

Can we please verify this? For the wonderful thing Lori did, she should NOT have even the tiniest out of pocket expense. With such a long journey, there are so many little incidentals, besides the obvious ones like gas and lodging, that really can add up.
