I can only speak for myself, but I think it is fair to say that everyone who participated in this Patticake Train did it out of love for one man. One man, Papi, who reached the heart and soul of all the people on YT who have one.
You either reminded us of someone we loved, someone we do love, or just YOU.
We all have our Yorkie babies for a reason. And we all wanted you to have Patticake for a reason. We, I am sure, are all happy to have achieved that goal.

She looks soooo cute with her trim. Yes, she is a real fur ball. Papi, I'm glad you both are adjusting well and she is busy meeting the town. I got a chuckle about the couch present and the wake up bark. Although the couch presents have stopped here, the 5:30-6:00 am wake up calls continue from Bubba. Sissy could care less as she prefers to snuggle in the morning. Take care.

Papi, what an awesome job you did with Patticake's trim. She has the sweetest little face . As has been said before, one post to everyone is more than enough to keep us updated on Patticake. Your time is better spent with your precious little girl. As for pictures, those we will all be looking forward to, to watch her grow into a the beautiful Yorkie she is meant to be. You said you could finally sleep the night thru; now Kassie can sleep too, knowing she can be with you and watch over you thru Patticake. From all you've said, it sounds like you and Patticake were meant to be together.

Papi it is so nice to hear what's been going on between you two.
Pattycake is adorable and what a face she has. You did a great job
with the trim and what a good girl she was sitting for her pappa to
make her beautiful. Yes she certainly has a thick coat, she's just
one ball of fur isn't she? Everyone needs a purpose to get up in the
morning and I am just so very happy you now have yours. Bless you

You can see how thick her coat is in the pictures. It really is very thick.
Do you think she will have a cottony coat or silky one when the puppy
coat leaves her? Maybe hard to tell yet. Pattcake is really a cutie pie.

I think Cotton coat but who knows her daddy looked cotton to me too, he is a sweet and very pretty man
I kept telling every one that she looked just like a lil bear cub too

Papi, Papi, Papi...I am in love with your baby...what a beautiful little girl she is. And my goodness...the pictures are awesome!!! Did you glue her little fur butt down...she's sitting there like such a big girl, she's only 4 months old!!! And the trim brought out ALL her natural beauty, you did a fabulous job on her, and she let you do it...amazing at 4 months.
Most importantly she makes you happy, and that alone makes me happy...Kassie did a wonderful thing by bringing the two of you together...and now she's finally happy too, but don't forget she's watching you...and she'll look after her baby sister, I just know it. This truly is a match made in heaven, we just brought it to reality. Enjoy your baby, with every single breath she takes, every wiggle she makes and all the loving kisses she gives, just like Kassie Kisses. We'll never tire of your stories, your pictures...but as others have said...please do us all a favor, don't even try to answer each of us, we want you to have quality time for Patticake...just updates to us all...and I mean it, listen to us...we totally understand.

I can't tell you how much I so love Patticake, she is more than I could have ever expected or hoped for, and oddly I see so many things in her as in Kassie, I can't believe she bonded to me in a matter of a few day's, I can honestly say we're attached at the hips, just so unbelivable, she 's funny, oh, ever so smart for a 4 month old, she's fiesty, rambunctious, testy and aggressive in a playful way, already loves going for car drive's, and has her nose to window just like Kassie, it didn't happen suddenly, I took her on more than normal short drive's to get her used to traffic and noise, went to convient store more than usual, parked right in front so she could get accustomed to a lot of people, she has amazingly in such a short period become acclamated to many new experiences for her, I'm am in total awe, if I didn't know better, I would say, think, Kassie is in her, then this may just be natural for Yorkie's, she has already become my shadow, I can't move, go to any room without her right there, she even as Kassie, follows me in bathroom, sit's and wait's till I'm ready to leave, in 5 day's she has become so much like Kassie, that I feel Kassie never left, yesterday she learned to go up and down 2 flights of stairs, 12 steps, special treat's I have did the trick, there is so much more I can tell you, I'm trying to fit much more than I possibly can right now, in one post, I'm just so excited about her, and love her so very much, she is just so adorable and affectionate, she has given me a new spirit, and awakening if you will, life is once more so beautiful, a joy, the loneliness is gone, I have a companion who by the way is sleeping in bed with me, up against me, and I haven't slept so restfully, all night in months, ahhhhh sweet sleep, just what the doctor prescribed along with a Yorkie to love for good health and a hearty appetite.

Hi Happi Papi! Your little Patticakes is just ADORABLE!! I see that you received the little purple monogrammed blankie that i sent to her!

I hope she enjoys snuggling in it. I also hope the little fufu's fit her. I hope you can post those pictures!!

You did a mighty fine job of trimming her up too!! Her little eyes just sparkle!!

Lori, thank you again for driving PC to Papi!! What a wonderful experience for you and Bre that will be remembered forever. You know there aren't many things that we will remember from our childhoods but i bet Bre will remember this one forever and be able to tell her kids about how special their granny was WAY back in 2007!! I know i'll never forget it and i still laugh and cry at so many of these posts.
I look forward to watching Patticake grow up with Papi!
Do we need to start a fund to get PC spayed next?? I know that is an expensive procedure and we could all pitch in to help Papi with that too!

Wow...this thread is soooo long, I just can't keep up and find time to read all the posts! It is a thread I do come back to quite often because it gives me such a warm feeling in my heart!

I heard from Lori today and she was short on funds for the trip. We've now reached the amount needed to pay Patti and Jack back, so if there is anyone wishing to donate, please get in touch with Lori to find out what her Paypal is. Here is what the trip cost and what was spent: 990.99 for the trip and the donations were $853.45 so we were $137.54 off.

Lori didn't ask me to post this or ask for donations, but I thought I would since Lori spent a week out of her life traveling to make ours and Papi's dreams come true.

Oh Connie I thought I was all cryed out not a tear left, and here you go getting the fountan going again. We so loved everyone we met and all the furry ones too. I wish that I can one day meet each and every one of you.
