| They finally got in touch with the store owner. All the cages were withoug water. You should have seen those poor puppies trying to drink the fresh water. The owner was required to take the animals to a vet or go to jail. Dystemper was found in one of the dogs. He still gets to keep the animals and his store open. This is NOT the first time she has been to that pet store. How does he get to stay in business? The animal control officer is going to keep checking in on the store but he gets to keep his business! and those poor dogs have to stay with him. |

| They are shutting the store down now. He just listed the puppies "Not for Sale" so he didn't have to get vet/health certificates. There are malnurished dogs, some sick. They are cowering together in the cages. It's awaful!!!!! The owner met the demands of getting all of the pets a vet check and health certificates. He gets to reopen the store. |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | I saw that Episode also and couldn't get it off my mind for a long time - that poor little yorkie and all those dogs without food or water and in a CAGE was sickening - another reason to Not Support Pet Stores ! |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | Let me add when they tell him to treat these sick dogs - to get around that he puts a NOT FOR SALE sign on their cages - yeah right - like what customer isn't going to see a cute puppy and ask - "Oh He isn't for sale "? and the owner is GOING to say - "Of course he is - for cash" ! Who's ever going to know ? and the innocent customer takes home a poor little sick puppy. |

| How upsetting and depressing!! Why in the world do people who don't love animals have these damn stores? My heart just aches for all the suffering (lack of food, water & affection) all those poor babies are going through.
