They finally got in touch with the store owner. All the cages were withoug water. You should have seen those poor puppies trying to drink the fresh water. The owner was required to take the animals to a vet or go to jail. Dystemper was found in one of the dogs.
He still gets to keep the animals and his store open. This is NOT the first time she has been to that pet store.
How does he get to stay in business?
The animal control officer is going to keep checking in on the store but he gets to keep his business!
