i am watching the same thing and it shows the animal cops shuting this guy down cause he didnt comply with all of the things that the cop said he had to fix... those sad puppys i wish i could save them all..... the little yorkie
was stiff and just laying there dead probably there for a day or so... so sad and makes me so made... i hate seeing little puppies locked in a cage like that....
