tahoe2005 dont listen to the people telling you to give away your puppy. You dont need all this stress right now, when you stress your puppy picks up on that and can stress too. We know you want whats best for your puppy and some times we just dont have the extra money, and it makes it that much harder. Just keep praying and stay positive. And we will keep him in our prayers too. I wish I can help you , but I cant. and I hope your little guys gets the help he needs.

What in the world are you talking about??? In your 'early' posts - and that's what I am refering too. You stated he was paralized and you cannot afford surgery. I offered $ for you to go see the Specialist that I recommended - You send you saw 5 Vets already - including Specialists. You said surgery was $5000 and you mentioned and asked info about Care Card. I told you the Vet Hospital in Westbury has care Card, that they can also sent you up on monthly payment plans. I offered you support - to call me on my own private phone to talk, and then as my brain was spinning, I thought this poor baby needs surgery and if she can not affprd it well then maybe a rescue can.

Gosh, you are really not nice at all with your remarks. I felt so good today about ALL the options I was PMing you about. You are obviously going to do or not do with Tahoe. I don't think it matters what I have said. If I didn't care so much about Tahoes well being, I'd say that I regret ever contacting you with any of my support.

And i'm sorry if i step on some of your toes but I have seen so much that it really sickens me that people dont care for their dogs the way they should. Like I said ,dogs are like children. You take care of them NO MATTER WHAT or give them to someone who WILL.

I think you need to post your pictures on another thread. There was a post to admin that some people can not handle seeing dogs in the state these dogs you posted are in. and if you post them you will get a warning from admin. so I hope you do.There has to be a title warning people that these kind of pictures with be posted.

And I know there are a lot of dogs like this I posted in OT about the one we just picked up that looked just like these, and now we are taking care of it to get it back on its feet. so you dont need to tell me whats right and whats wrong, I love my dogs with all my heart and would do any thing for them, but when your broke your broke. you do what you can , you take one day at a time. Im happy that you dont have that problem. I once was like that too. But please take this crap to your own thread.

Tahoe , I'm so sorry this happened and just hope that your yorkie recovers very soon. I know from personal experience that accidents happen or illnesses happen. Everyone I know has ups and downs with their finances.
My yorkie needed surgery and I did not realize that I had the Care Credit card already. I was able to charge the card and slowly paid it off. Not having the money for something so serious must be very stressful. I understand how upset you must have felt when people doubted your story and thought maybe it was a scam. Please,please try to understand that many of us here have been on Yorkietalk for a couple of years and there have been many,many scammers. Sometimes even kids start posting and ask for help for their nonexistant dog.A lot of scams sound like this. I know your situation is real and has been verified.Please try to go to www.carecredit.com and see if you can apply online or call their contact number and maybe you could apply by phone and they can give you an answer sooner.Your little yorkie will be in my prayers. Hope you can post some good news soon.

I am not a vet but I have been through a whole hell of a lot when it came to my little guy he was misdiagnosed more then once and the last time was almost his life when he jumped off my lap he broke his neck and went stiff and died my husband gave him mouth to mouth to the vets office and that is the only thing that saved him. But again he was misdiagnosed I went for a second opinion and the ER vet didn't know how I kept my baby alive. Please I will finish with my story when I can talk to you. I still to this day take care of my baby he still can not walk but you really need to treat your little one like he is a china doll. It is crucial. SOme vets can not see the defromation in the neck. I am beggin you I am loooking out for you and your baby. I am a mom that does not want to see another family go through what mine has gone through. Please either email me or PM me ASAP. I will wait for your reply. I atoo work but I am going to wait to see if i can talk to you. this is very important and I know you are doing what you can to help your baby. These dogs was not left like this by people who loved them , but by stupid people who could care less. People who loved them would not leave them at a shelter or on the side of the road. broke or not.

NO I did not. my dogs come first. what Im saying just because people dont have the extra money dont mean they should not own a dog. I have took in over 500 dogs and cats saving them from death.people have dumped off and the shelters wont take them in. I dont have extra money but I do what I can for them. It hurt me that you said people with out money should not have a dog. we just get by with what money my hubby makes and I would never let my Yorkies go.
